Will NOT Insert Horizontal or Vertical Lines

The oddest thing about PDF Reader Premium is that it will not allow you to draw a horizontal or vertical line. It will draw a line, but it forces the line to be at an angle, which is very annoying if you need a straight even line that is horizontal and not at a slight angle. I tried everything for hours, and I have to have straight perfectly horizontal lines in my documents periodically, and this program will not do perfectly horizontal lines. Very strange. After spending $39 for it, I find it unuseable. Annoying!!!!!!!
